Not to mention that PvP is mostly buffer tank (stack as high EHP as you can) whilst PvE is about sustaining damage (stack high resists+repairer/booster). Generally. There are some exceptions.

I would replace the MWD with and Afterburner. If you use Artillery cannons, you don't needn an MWD and the penalties it applies to your ship isn't worth it.
